1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PatternWizard.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use pattern generation services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials may result in account suspension.

3. Credits and Pricing

Credits: Our service uses a credit-based system for pattern generation. Different pattern sizes require different credit amounts:

• Small patterns (50x50): Lower credit cost
• Medium patterns (100x100): Moderate credit cost
• Large patterns (150x150): Higher credit cost

Signup Bonus: New users receive free credits upon email verification.

Credit Usage: Credits are deducted when pattern generation begins. If generation fails due to technical issues, credits will be automatically refunded.

No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once used for successful pattern generation. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, except in cases of technical failure or service unavailability exceeding 48 hours.

4. Pattern Generation and Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your prompts through AI services to generate patterns.

Generated Patterns: Patterns created through our service are for your personal use. You may:

• Use patterns for personal crafting projects
• Create physical items from patterns for personal use or sale
• Share pattern images with proper attribution

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute patterns as digital products
• Claim patterns as your own original designs
• Use patterns in ways that violate intellectual property rights

Content Restrictions: You agree not to generate patterns containing:

• Copyrighted characters or logos without permission
• Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Content that violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove patterns and suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.

5. AI-Generated Content

Patterns are generated using artificial intelligence based on your text descriptions. While we strive for quality:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations
• AI-generated patterns may have imperfections or require manual adjustments
• We are not responsible for the creative output or its suitability for specific projects

You may regenerate patterns or use our editor tools to make adjustments as needed.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for technical issues or security concerns

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
